Thanks! At first the whip pans were really a matter of trial and error, but i'll explain the one at 00:15. When I pan away from the wide shot of the quad I had a blur layer exponentially increase on it simultaneously so that in the end the entire image was just completely blurred. Then, the next shot starts in the out of focus region panning into the exhaust pipe where I applied the same blur layer but backwards, going from out of focus to focus. That way the cut is almost indiscernable
