I saw them June 1978 at the Garden in NY. Glenn gone by then, and I think died a month later from Hodgkins. They were a little less trippy by then, but still pretty out there.

Of all of Ray's work, this song is the epitome of soul, harmony, and back beat. This is easily his best work. Good music, well played. Margie, somehow was passed over by the music guru's. She showed us raw talent, and deep soul, definitely the right pick for that part of the song, yet she was never developed into something more. I think she could have made it on her own given the chance. One of many background singers who just never made it to the top. Well done you two. Miss ya Ray.
