this opening shows that the boys has actually a very dramatic and sad and dark story but its hidden behind the paroody and jokes and thats why the boys is so better then any superhero series , the fact that a company uses children and innocent people to make super soldiers out of them and then ruin their life by turning them into a mascot is so fucking dark but the comedy part just make you forget about that , even the homelander childhood is just scary
