It's possible to make anime with ai models For example Create interpolation with tooncrafter Then upscale it by first using the mistoline to create sketches and then use a model blue pencil, or animagine (mostly for females). But the problem is again control you can't even get them then to tilt their heads this field requires a high level of creativity to get over these issues. But just a few more years and then it's all fun
