Anyone know how to get Vivosun to reply to emails on order? I place a large order and had an issue and have emailed them a few times over a few days but only get some automated response they will reply in one business day, each email says that. .

I know I'm a year late to this, but if you put magnetic doors on your tents. That would be the best ever.. I had neighbors in a downstairs apartment that could hear every time i unzipped the tent.. Good things they were Kool.

*FUN FACT* I wanted to use a controller instead of a timer for my lighting system, so I looked into the Vivosun E42 controller. I thought this was a pretty cool device but the device only operates 12 volt fans. So I purchased the Vivosun 6 inch duct (or exhaust) fan that came with the E42 controller as a "combo". I then purchased the two pack of 6 inch clip on fans, and I had to buy the 2 into one vivoson splitter so I could connect them to "port B" as the duct fan was powering the controller in "port A". As soon as I plug the splitter into the "B" port the fans cut off. No matter how or what I try the fans do not operate. It is only when I disconnect them from the controller that they come on. After looking far and wide I think I discovered the secret that you MUST download a phone app and connect the controller to wifi, then go online and click or switch some tab on the screen in order to get the fans to work. Had I known this in advance I would not have bought this product. I don't want your spy app on my phone and I suggest anybody looking to purchase this product be informed that the controller only works if you download an app that allows vivosun full access to everything you have on your cell phone including contacts, phone logs, text logs, and more. No thanks vivosun, I'll keep this contraption offline and useless before you get the rights to my phone content.

If one of these wheels comes off forget getting any tech support from this company. You're on your own. I'd suggest asking any company selling one of these wagons about their customer support first. I'm sure it's a simple repair, and I'm sure this has happened before, so you'd think they'd have a video on how to put the wheels of the outdoor folding wagon back on. But they don't. All you get are responses saying essentially they don't support the product. Caveat emptor - buyer beware.

NEVER buy from Vivosun - they tell your neighbors what you bought.... My first and last experience I placed a very large order from Vivosun, 24 items. Had I know they not only clearly mark text and pictures on the outide of all packages package what is inside, but they also delivered my first order to a neighbor so they know what it was. I looked at the shiper page of some future deliveried and they dont have my unit number despit it was all over the order and invoice. They are careless in my opinion. I would not trust them ever again! I id not open the packages as they are all being returned - if not opened you get a full refund. Do not reward companies so careless with customers information. Vivosun should make their company slogan: "Buy from us and we'll tell your neighborhood!"

Where’s a video for the new one? It seems to only work with Vgrow and doesn’t work when plugged into wall outlet. Lots of reviews where you can purchase it, but no actual reviews online yet

If I have e25 controller do I still need the splitter

I've been told I'm a little OCD about my grows. But I think any good grower must be somewhat OCD. I wake up and say good morning to my plants, I check on them halfway through the day and then once more at night to say goodnight an tuck them in. Checking all my sensors and Vivosun Grow Hub controls. 😊 When I wake up in the morning, I check my vivosun app to make sure my girls had the best sleep possible. Then I go say good morning.... 😂

Dear VIVOSUN. Ive been a loyal customer for years. I am extremely intrigued by this Vgrow smart tent set up and i would be willing to spend a significant amount of money on one, if it came in a larger scale. If you guys had the same set it and forget it smart system but say with a 4x4 tent, i would buy one. I work at a commercial cannabis greenhouse, so the less time i have to spend on my plants at home the better. But the size of the Vgrow smart tent you offer now is just to small for me.

I added this to my tent and I love it. It has helped me balance out my temp/humidity changes drastically compared to what I was using before. The temp/humidity would fight each other when only controlled by the exhaust fan. Having the humidifier on its own sensor instead of constantly running one in the tent is a game changer, and I love the big reservoir! Just set up the automated drip system and would love some advice on proper scheduling of watering/feeding.

Anyone still around? I would like to know if there's a chart some place that shows where our power level ought to be for each stage of the plant's life. Seedling, Veg, Flower, Late Flower. What should the power setting on the app be at these stages? 30% ? Maybe 45% ? Please tell me, Vivosun.
