Horrible horrible!!! DO NOT USE I repeat DO NOT USE.. No CUSTOMER SERVICE # just some person name ELSIE that u have to email.. i brought a 10×20 pergola with pull down shades from them spent almost 5k in which i paid upfront.... they sent the order wrong.. they did NOt send the legs for it to stand on. And they sent the wrong Size roof blades so that I could close and open the top. Well I contacted customer service thinking that it's a number to speak to someone..well it's NOT u have to EMAIL them and they take 1 or 2 days to respond. Once I took many pictures of boxes after over a week of back and foth they sent me replacements but that took another 3 weeks.... as of NoW I had a major storm and one of my pull down shades get destroyed all I asked for was for them to send me another pull down shade and that I would pay for it.. this horrible company told me that my 60 day warranty was up and it's nothing that they can do and that we are sorry for the inconvenience. I told them my 60 day warranty is not up because u sent me the wrong order to begin with and I had to wait an additional 3 weeks before I could even put my pegula together. This company is horrible!! I will be seeking a lawyer because u can't take customers money and give such horrible customer service and saying the shipping of your shade costs 350 and that I am out of warranty. It's such BS please SAVE yourself and your family the headache they should not be in business!! Use Hanso they may be a little more money but u GET what u pay for!!! I so damn mad right now 😠 I am not the person who writes reviews but I could not just remain silent and be taken advantage of... so I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM them!!!! I will be posting this review everywhere until I get my shade from them.

did anyone else have issues with the remote control programming the shades, my controller will only set to lift all shades but the not the individuals shades by number.

It doesn't show how the clips on the metal roof sheets are supposed to lock the sheets in place? It shows the clips being put on but then you can't see them when the panels are put into the frame??

At 03:01 and installation section 02:57 (Parts Z & Z1) For this metal brackets that go on the panels we added Rivets size 1/8 diameter and 1/8 length, the hole was drilled with a 9/64 drill bit. Rivet tool was $24.00 and rivets $7.00, well worth it. Reason was the brackets kept falling out making it hard to slide the panels into the channels they go into. At 03:57 for the Plastic spacers (Part Y) we added double sided tape $8.00 to the ones that are used under the panels where two panels would overlap to keep them in place. This two extra steps will actually speed up the installation and save some marriages and friendships.

Your instructions on the netting are terrible. Makes no sense. How does the Velcro work.

Mine show the picture only on the outside panels that go in to the ribs not in between just the outside panels.. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever put together, and I finally gave up

Mine do not stay on so when I get it up to put it in the channel, they fall out and they fall down on the ground and I gotta get down and pick them up again. Did you find any great solution to that??

You go too fast you’re not a help at all. Those clip on panel things do they go up top or on the bottom I couldn’t see by the picture.

Very nice greenhouse once put together and seems sturdy. I am a woman and put this together by myself and it WAS an ordeal- if you expect that up front it will help you through it! The instructions were good imo with pictures and well written English but confusing at times causing me to back track. Becareful if you have the 6x6 since these instructions are for the 6x4- many are the same but some are not. But this video is an excellent resource and very helpful. My advice is DON’T skip ahead thinking you got it because you might miss something resulting in removing parts and going back. Really pay attention to number of screws to slide into channels since if you don’t add the right number you will need to go back MANY steps. DON’t throw out the included tools since they are very helpful in tightening the bolts - better than a drill imo. Also that little wrench 🔧 is needed for the main frame since bolts are so close together. It took me a several days to put this together since I took frequent breaks for my sanity:-) and several days were added to reinforce panels using silicone ( I did a few panels at a time then took breaks so not to breathe in fumes even if outside). If your working alone you will need to be creative ( using chairs etc.) to hold up sides or panels since they will fall over until the main frame is together. You will also need a step stool ( unless your 6f tall) for the roof. Remember painters tape is your friend and can serve as a set of hands while screwing pieces together. Get an old blanket or knee pads since you will be on the ground a lot. I put it up inside of a garage which allowed me to take my time. Someone suggested attaching it to the base while building to keep it square and that might have worked better. If you do that you will need to get it up with no breaks since the wind can take it down if it’s not all together. I also secured the perimeter frame to the base with self tapping screws and the posts cemented into the ground. Panels were siliconed in on the outside ( make sure if using silicone area is well ventilated) and allow to it to cure( i used several tubes of GE 12 A) . TIP- they gave me extra screws- but buy extra and add extra to some channels since you can the add wood or molding type strips (by attaching to holes drilled on wood/molding) using these screws to further reinforce panels. Also the top EDGE of the door slides under (with the wheels inside)that bar that holds it in place with the large groove opening in the bar facing out. The bar is held in place by that long screw. Don’t tighten that screw tight since door won’t slide. It took me a long time to figure this out. Hope this helps!

Hahaha...this is the one I just got in 6x8. I should be able to assemble it using this video. I will only need to order about 4 chinese assemblers.
