I used to work out at home with my mum when I was young (home dvds) but then at 19 (over 10 years ago) I joined a gym! I guess I’ve always enjoyed working out low-key but I mainly joined the gym because I liked the idea of running on a treadmill 😂😂 ..and then I guess it built from there!

Ive been consistent all November..I even got another goal accomplished that's not fitness related but helps all around. Lets go!! (On the treadmill now)
