Although non-compensating (3-valve) euphoniums can only play as low as an E2, a compensating (4-valve) euphonium can play as low as B1 without pedal tones.

Baritone/Euphonium has lowest note E2. Makes sense. Must only be considering three-valved horns. Horn in F with three valves has lowest note B1. makes sense, but where is F Tuba, with the same three-valve lowest note? Contrabass trombone has lowest note E1, in 7th position. Where is Bb Tuba with three valves? "Bb Bass Tuba lowest at D1"? what is that? Is the "Bb bass tuba" supposed to be a 5 valve Bb contrabass tuba with a flat whole tone on the 5th valve? Usually the Eb tuba is called the bass tuba (in the British brass band tradition), which with three valves should have a lowest note of A1. Come to think of it, the Eb tuba was skipped over. "Bb contrabass tuba" lowest at Bb0? But that's the pedal! You said you weren't counting those! "Bb subcontrabass." You mean the one of which only one still exists? With no working valves? Which again reaching the D0 would require five valves, on a horn an octave below the Bb Tuba? I really think it would be worthwhile for you to recreate this video, slowed down, with the proper synth, and going into some detail on what is considered the lowest note for each instrument.

I know of the church organ that plays down to 16Hz but that's only noticable combined with higher order notes. At audible levels there is no non amped instrument that can match that.

The lowest musically playable note on a pipe organ is C-1. Only a couple of organs have them. You don't hear it - you feel it.

I was practicing my extreme low range on my tenor bass trombone and I hit a C0 but it was really flappy and could count the hz. Sounded like a c-1 but it wasn’t. Do you think I acually hit a C0 or did I just make a low frequency with my lips
