The mindset change is super important, I completely agree. It's like with weight loss from dieting vs starting to eat healthy for nourishment and feeling better, and then losing weight because of this. When you feel happy with the way you are and want to improve to feel better it's different from doing everything out of hating yourself. How can you be jealous if you're the baddest chick out there? Even if the man cheated it would show who he was, not who you were. The most beautiful women on earth get cheated on, this is why we can't blame ourselves or other women for being cheated on, we're not a competition to each other, we're on one team.
