I work at Apple and own no Apple products and honestly Apple makes good products but for the life of me I cannot get into the idea that Apple is the only thing out there. Customers always ask me about new features of IOS and then they see my Samsung Watch or my Android phone and they ask in shock 'how can you work here if you dont have an iPhone'. My response is always 'umm, I just work here so what can I help you with'. Love seemless ecosystem but that isnt a benefit for me, its more of a feature that I honestly dont have a use for. My current Android is about 3 yrs old and still has features that are still pending for IOS and i dont even use them. The ultra lineup is the next step for me.

I have both iPhone 16 Pro Max and Samsung S24 Ultra. Been debating if I’m gonna fully switch. Right now I used both. If I feel like taking my android that’s what I’m using if not my iPhone. But I’m debating after the 16 upgrade. Been an iPhone user since the beginning. And I just have an android on the side throughout the year but I’m never tempted to switch until now.

Your understanding of animation scale's at .5x is backwards. .5x uses half the processing power of 1x. Your phone would never feel slower having to do half the amount of work per animation or transition... Where did you come up with your backwards understanding of this? LOL

i am happy with my 4 year old iPhone 12.

I have the iPhone 16 Pro Max and I love it but the S 24 ultra is also a good phone. However, the phone that has blown me away the most in terms of how good it is is a Google pixel 9 XL. I think for once Google actually did it and made a good phone.

60hz is okay for me. I had the 13 pro with pro motion but since I always turn on the batt saver every single time which would put the refresh rate on my 13 pro to 60hz, the refresh rate would not matter to me.

Through settings you can choose to keep the regular camera interface on screen while you use the camera control button. Go to Settings - Camera - Camera Control and toggle off the first option “Clean Preview”.

Always been an iphone user but for the first time i bought a samsung s24 exynos version and its better then iphone believe me you will feel and say it when you use it. that 60hz on IP 16 will cost Apple a lot of money, almost every other mobile phone has 120hz, I don't understand Apple, it's just weak.

My biggest thing is I’m so invested in the Apple Ecosystem. Apple TV, IPads, Kids IPads, AirPods, MacBook. All my friends and family have Apple as well. So iMessage is great. When I send a video to them it’s in full resolution, vs android if you send a video as an sms, it’s all blurry
