Dr., I'm almost a year post op yet my entire mouth feels very tight, my nose is constantly flaring and I feel a lot of pressure on my upper teeth/gums. I really think it's the plates near my nasal area that's causing all these issues, yet my doctor refuses to remove the plates saying it will widen my nose and there's a lot of risks! It looks like a child face. I take offense because my face shape is just like the before. No way the whole face isn’t redone to fit such a child size jawline. They can’t just shave it off and leave the adult sized features. It’s not better after. That lady is smoking hot before and it isn’t nice afterwards. I would recommend lifting some weights with the teeth and extensive jaw exercises to get it to grow back. Maybe testosterone rubbed on it? Dang that’s cruel. Looks so painful to have a large portion of bone removed.
