    Je suis d'accord avec toi sur le constat que l'Europe a beauuuucoup de retard sur énormément de domaines, dont la santé mentale, l'inclusivité sociale, le vocabulaire féministe ou de santé mentale (où souvent les mots sont empruntés à l'anglais car ils n'existent pas). C'est extrêmement difficile en France d'avoir un premier rendez-vous pour un diagnostic de TDAH par exemple, c'est un désert médical. Le C-PTSD personne ne connait ce terme, (même si on l'observe en action chez tellement de gens). Aujourd'hui une idée circule que les fonctionnements des HSP sont en fait des indicateurs de l'autisme. Cela pourrait faire sens, car les comportements sont extrêmement similaires, mais à l'époque où le terme HSP a été créé par Elaine Aron dans les 90s, l'autisme avait encore + mauvaise presse/ + de stéréotypes attachés qu'aujourd'hui. Il était plus acceptable de se dire HSP que sur le spectre de l'autisme, quand l'autisme était représenté par Dustin Hoffman dans le film Rainman... Tout cela est passionnant, merci pour ton témoignage et ton podcast!

    Very very enlightening. . Neurodivergance seems more the norm today than neurotypical. Well done and I am quite sure a painful journey to get to be where you are today. .

      Thank you so much for your kind message! Yes re: neurodivergence becoming the norm--I think we're slowly but surely embracing all the ways in which we function differently from what we were taught was the norm. Thank you for listening :)

    Doing things differently seems like it's a bad goal. Doing things "normally"... Normal for me, Normal for you, Normal for whoever, to allow greater acceptable behavior range, instead of the "normal tyranny" we live under now, where your a loser or failure if your not "normal" enough, even while just the Autism count for 20% of people in the world, so "normal" isn't really all that normal, or weirdly seem to exclude 20% of the world's population.
