I just bought this from you on Etsy and mine broke where the lower crack is on yours

Question about the wire on mine it gets in the way of the bit that allows it to be at different angles which makes it not go on my ear right do you know a fix for that?

Ok so the part I need to see someone work on happened off camera but you gave me a good idea of where I need to go from here.
