You have to consider Herbert's personality when talking about endorsements. He's probably not making as big an effort as he could. I bet Baker Mayfield got way more than herbert. Herbert is an elite QB with a rocket launcher arm. I feel ignorant thinking he can't throw a lob pass. But.... he hasn't thrown a lot of those... even if sometimes I feel like other QBs would put a light touch in certain throws instead of launching a missile... And Herbert get a lot of batted down passes... idk... It's not usually an issue, so... idk!

Herbert had 4 incompletions. 1 was in Dissly's hands in the endzone, another in the redzone in a routine throw. Another was Palmer's one handed catch. Those 3 could've easily happened. Herbert would have 17/18 80 yards more and one more TD. He already had 120 QBR, that would have been one of those more than perfect rating, historical games. And that's considering QBR doesn't take into consideration QB rushing yards. Herbert is playing out of his goddamn mind! It's amazing how it's possible for him to play even better than last week.

Theres 3-4 superhuman qbs in the league that can overcome a bad team/coach. Mahommes, allen, jackson and mayyy e stroud. The rest need a system that makes the job easier on em and a solid supporting cast, teams like the jags and chargers have failed their qbs not their qbs failing them. Its the coaches job to make the job easier for their qb, look at the vikings and sam darnold or lefleur in greenbay.

Herbert hasn’t played since week 14 of last year, no real snaps this offseason (Joint Practices and Preseason ) new offense (scheme and players), new coaches, new culture. Once the offense is in sync and Herbert figures he doesn’t have to be Superman every game in order to win he’ll be back as a Top QB in the League.

I don't know about the whole butt hurt thing but Herbert does need to step up and he needs to get out of this funk we're paying the guy 262 million and I want to see a little bit more out of him for our money this funk has been going on for 2 years in a game he's not playing in an elite level and when we come up against somebody and we're going to need to throw the ball we're going to be in trouble it's the quarterback that makes the wide receivers not the other way around at the end of the day the quarterback owns the record that the team has and Herbert has a losing record with one playoff appearance which was a loss as well we're going in year 5 it's time to get it done or start looking for another quarterback
