There have been hints at something very special on the 5th anniversary of the game, which could be the replay system, but it's not limited to it. It could be that they pprt the game to Unreal Engine 5. Knowing Valorant though, it might be just that, because other than the constant bombardment of live service products like bundles and battlepasses, there are VERY few content updates made for players tailored to make the game more enjoyable. No wonder people call this game cancerous and unfun. And even when they do make these updates, we will always know 3-14 days ahead. They could've worked on implementing the lineup cam for utilities in custom maps when you want to practice. But no it has to be observer exclusive (if you've never seen maybe it's a good time to get into VCT). No summonable range bots in maps either to test flashes for example, a feature that is clearly available in developer editions of the game (see the latest Dev Diary replay system segment). The range got DOWNGRADED, by removing the plant and defuse spike modes. I used to warmup with those. Agent votebans unavailable for all game modes. I ADORE the matches where Reyna and Jett is missing by both teams. Even Agent rotations would do the trick like it is the case for maps. I'm so unsatisfied. If it wasn't for the friends I made, I probably would've quit the game by now. Or it's just the cope in me trying to justify the money I spent on skins by playing it more. Level 424. I love shooters, but the market is oversaturated and nothing has got to scratch the itch for me as Valorant has. And SKILL SF2, but that is unpopular (subpar matchmaking because of the small playerbase), inferior graphics (PS3 -esque), and laughable anticheat. Is the game bad? Yes. Is it more unfun than not? Yes. Is it a lost cause? Unless you're in your early teens, and don't know what to do in your free time, yes. This game will take another 5 years at LEAST to flip the enjoyability ratio, if not more. You're better off learning an instrument, a language, or any practical skill that has real use for profit. Unless this is your escapism from loneliness, abusive home environment, or the reality of life being hard due to various other reasons (such as sense of failure for me), it's not worth playing. Why am I ranting if I know it's futile? I don't know. Nor the game, nor the world will revovle around me. People might just scroll through because it's just painful complaining. I probably just want to relieve some stress by venting. Or turn down the guilt for not investing my time and money into something more valuable because it was all in the spite of seeking friendships and turning away from the unrealistic standards set by neurotypicals for a neurodivergent like me. I don't know. I know nothing.

in my opinion riot should give the exclusive animations on the exclusive skin set. for example 2023 champions vandal with the kunai knife the inspect of the kunai was basic asf and after sometime they gave the mistbloom bundle and the knife animation was good if they could give the champions kunai that animation maybe the bundle was worth it to the community same with this karambit knife we already have champions 2021, revear, Ion, RGX 3.0 even in the battlepass, if you are giving the exclusive skin and people gonna spend extra amount of money atleast give us some more extra some exclusive animation not just that you wont be able to buy the skin after the time runs out it is not what limited time thing or exclusive is people should go for these skins because you guy surely giving it extra

@jodplayer6123 I hate how people say that Riot only makes expensive skins for valorant, and don’t think about other things. Riot are and have been working on a lot of things. For example the replay system, the ranked shields, the flex toys, New maps like Glitch. They are probably working on the new map rn. People can’t just think that riot only cares about skins and their prices. And if you didn’t know, CS skins are a lot more expensive. Like thousands of dollars. I know, you can sell them but most people don’t do. Compared to other games, valorant skins aren’t that expensive, and they look cooler in my opinion. I would rather have good and expensive skins than bad and cheaper ones. That’s why there are collections like the cardboard skins, or minima. If you don’t want to spend so much money on skins, just buy the cheaper ones or just buy the battlepass. They don’t force you to buy anything.

I think as usual it depends on personal preference. Some people will enjoy it, some won’t. This is for me the first skin this year I’m genuinely interested in. But if the price tag is Sitten at more than 65$, I will sadly have to let this one pass. Cause ain’t no way I’m spending 70 bucks on a knife, some cards and a buddy… just no. But in general design wise as I already mentioned, I think it’s the first decent skin this year.

I wish they did something different for the VCT lock in 2025 knife. I mean we already have like 6 karambit knives in the game and this one doesnt really bring anything new or interesting animation wise, IMO you'd be better off saving like 1500 VP by just getting reaver or ion karambit that have basically the same animations.

Riot will do anything to justify the skin prices but won't work on other valorant content apart from Skins and new agents. 😢

I’ve only played valorant for 2 months but I already found 3 cheaters, not people that I suspected of cheating but straight up red screens. They were all in unrated as well lmao.
