My comments are meant as constructive criticism and nothing more, so please don't take them personally. Your drone shots are fantastic, but the rest of your footage is a bit boring. All of that dash camera footage gets monotonous after a few minutes. Your narration needs work. You sound like you're just reading notes, and not putting any feeling or inflection in your voice. Overall, your channel has much potential though, and I did enjoy watching your journey!
Love the group effort and help on the narly sections.
Lovely video, I enjoyed the scenery! Looking forward to the next chapter!
“Jasper was burnt to the ground.” Really?? Come on man, that’s not even a remotely accurate statement. Yes, a wildfire hit the area and parts of the town (1/3 of it) was hit but it certainly wasn’t “burnt to the ground”. Making sensational statements like that hurts credibility and authenticity of your video.
The background music, is absolutely unnecessary. Ruined the video😞👎!
How
Disagree.
wow, cool video
Commenting for better reach.
That is fucking gorgeous
Hello sir thank you for your video.. I like to built this on my triton truck. My problem is yesterday my order fr gas spring to lift up is too hard. Maybe the force is 100N actually this spring for Subaru van rear bonnet damper. I like to have any commentators here to advice me how to reduce this force. Thank you
Thanks for the video , how do you call de aluminium frame sup?
What material did you use for the roof/floor of the wedge? I'm trying to find something light but sturdy for my build.
It's cool that the bed cover still fits
how much does it cost to build it? This My Dream to Have it
This video is exactly what I was trying to find to build my roof rack for my harbor freight trailer. Thank you for showing how to find the angles and length.
Super clean build. How often are you out on trail or at a camp site?
Great work. Thanks for sharing
Where did you buy that bed cover?
Absolutely love this setup! Still flip flopping on selling my overland trailer and getting this. Seeing this makes the storage issue almost a non issue! If you’re ever in the Whistler area, love to check out your rig in person
Looks good the only thing is I would cover the fuse panel
Hi Kener. Love the setup and welcome to the alu cab family. I have the same rig and the same setup and would love to connect with you. I'm heading up Alaska as well and will be visiting Canada in the next couple weeks. What is the best way to connect with you ?
Hello, you can find me on FB as Kener Guillen
what sort of latches are you using for the drawers
They are just from Amazon
Nice set up, thanks for sharing
Great build. Just a point about Alaska in summer - please think about bug netting. Maybe a magnetic way to keep the net on your main back door? Great build.
Yes I forgot to mention that, but I have those I just need to install them. Thanks
Interesting how much weight was added?
My rough guess is about 100lbs
Hell yeah yo nice build!
I did this horsprings in stocks truck and tires without issues, wow quite the camera staredown at couple, the video wasnt ao good.
I really enjoyed your build. It was very informative.
did you use 3 inch or the 4.5inch extrusions for the bottom half of the tent?
Of course your going to maker with GM lol thumbs up
Seems a lot more handier for backroad camping with a setup like that. How do you like the jeep compared to the zr2?
have you considered a truck bed liner to spray over the whole unit? I would use the basic idea of your tool box and make a folding couch with storage under, and a small swivel table to enjoy when in bad weather. considering how high the bed can be moved up to make room to enjoy below.
Great video with several good fabrication tips!
I like how you show how to use the square and how you figured everything in together. Thanks and very nice
I wanted to buy a Ecodiesel Gladiator to replace my '16 Ram 1500 4wd 3.0L 3.92 ratio. But I ended up buying a '23 JLU for my wife to drive. That way she could drive her '18 Ram 2500 4wd 6.7L with our 4wheel popup camper a little less. The Gladiators are more capable than my Ram 1500. The have 50% more payload and similar towing capabilities. The problem with the Gladiator. They look best lifted and with 37's.
Did you find something else to replace the alupanels
Looks nice and solid, good job and good inspiration!
See, I don't understand that because the Mr. Buddy says it's fine. People sleep in their vans with those heaters. And but I mean, he doesn't make a point. But then the company says that it's indoor outdoor safe.
Can you post parts list
Did you use Jim’s plans or did you modify it for your truck
I love the way it came out bro, say dp you still have your old parts? Im willing to buy them.
The stuff is going to go through the back window
Slick dude, that looks awesome - the wider profile of the channel looks great!
you had a lot done in one shot!! Looks damn good I think you gained two more inches from the highmark flares if those are the ones I'm thinking of they had to cut the wheel wells.
Nice!! What thickness is it?
What was the total weight at the end? Finally a Colorado built!
Thanks for this video! It's a trip I want to make sometime, go all the way up the east side of Harrison Lake. Did you start out from Sasquatch Park? Thanks for sharing what kinds of vehicles would be best, as well as sharing some great footage of various spots. 🤗
Ok this dude is cute af. JS
How can I get the blue paint and the material list I just bought a pick up truck and I Really would love to make one of these
Nice
*I was hoping you would show how you join the top extrusion to the space frame?*
