It’s completely valid to question the concept of a higher self, especially when delving into spiritual practices. Remember, everyone's spiritual journey is unique, and it can sometimes lead us to uncertainties or doubts about certain concepts and what resonates with you as truth. It's important to note that even if you didn’t feel a connection during this meditation, it doesn't mean that you don't have a higher self or that your journey is any less valid. Sometimes, the connection can be subtle or might take time to develop. It’s also okay to feel a range of emotions during this process, as it’s all part of the exploration! As an INFJ, you might have a deep sensitivity to your inner world, which can sometimes make the experience feel overwhelming. Be gentle with yourself as you continue this journey. Consider revisiting the meditation, approaching it with curiosity rather than expectation. You might discover new insights when you give yourself the space to explore without pressure. Trust that your spiritual path is unfolding in its own perfect way and perfect timing, and honor where you are right now. You cannot force an experience to happen no more than you can force a flower to bloom. Consider your connection with your higher self like a flower and it will bloom in perfect timing as you continue to cultivate that connection. @ thank you for the offer of a meditation on this crystal I saw, I am grateful for your kindness. I did set upon trying to find it in a crystal bible, and online….. I can’t seem to find what I saw 😅 it was very dark green with gold spotting, maybe a tourmaline or goldstone 🤷🏻‍♀️ interesting! I’m off to our crystal shop in town for a browse on Friday, see what I see there, I’m due some new gems to learn about 🥰
