If you are from an ASEAN (Association of South-East Asian Nations) country-Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philipines, Thailand and Vietnam, you can legally drive in Singapore with just your driving license. There is no need for you to apply for a permit.

Condo allows pets. However it will depend on the landlord. Some landlord don't welcome pets. Their concern are damages cause by the pets. Such as scratches on parquet floorings, or damage to sofa or walls.

For condo owners who welcome pets, then it will usually be in the agreement that the tenant need to reinstate e.g the parquet flooring to good state. If its the walls then tenant will need to repaint the walls.
