Bro, i have the same specs and im having 5 avg on the lowest settings :C

I have also Intel Uhd 620. I bought my laptop with 8gb ram sigle stick. When I upgrade it after 3 years, my fps got huge changes. No more stuttering, smooth gameplay, and huge games went from 25-30fps to 45-60. Games like league of legends went from 70-115fps. Gta 5 went from 20 to 40-50fps. If you have uhd 620, upgrade to 16gb ram dual channel fast, you wont regret it and its worth it.
