Max Fleischer's Out of the Inkwell: The Refriger-Raider (16mm/BW/1962)
In 1958, Fleischer revived Out of the Inkwell Films, Inc. and partnered with his former animator Hal Seeger to produce 100 color Out of the Inkwell (1961-1962) cartoons for television. Actor Larry Storch performed the voices for Koko and supporting characters Kokonut and Mean Moe.

This 5 minutes cartoon called Beany meets the Monstrous Monster (made in 1960) is from episode 5 of the 1962 Beany & Cecil series. Unfortunately the print has quite a few splices and is pretty beat up. It is pretty red as well, but the colors correct nicely at least.
