Our nation’s cafeteria system is very sad. What passes for a solid lunch is oftentimes disturbing. Growing children need a solid, and healthy meal to grow properly, and be fueled to advance their education. Unfortunately, many healthy options would not be eaten by many children, and they are more likely to actually eat fries and pizza. I think with a little creativity, we could manage a lunch program that is affordable, healthy, and delicious.
