I have that Mike Tyson’s Boxing game on PS1. It’s a decent boxing game but nothing will ever compare to Punchout. The Last of Us is an amazing story. Well worth sinking your time into. I have never seen that Monster Mayhem game before. I want to find a copy of G Force on PS3. I have heard that it’s actually a bit of. Hidden gem on that system. The loose discs were the biggest reason I went away from this service after only a few months. Between that and the fact that you tend to get a lot of dupes out of it. They are definitely a good value though for a gamer just not a collector.

I totally agree with you regarding the game limits on their website. Honestly their entire website needs an overhaul. Definitely dig the Tiny Toons SNES pickup. But the rest of the box left a lot to be desired for you my friend. I hate all the loose GameCube games that VGM tends to send. It’s almost surprising that anyone selects the system from them at all. 🤷‍♂️ Oh well…better luck in February for the VGM.

Nice Xbox box! 😂 I would totally go for OG Xbox games in the box but I really have been trying to curate that collection and only have games I know I want in the set. I have Kung Fu Chaos and thinks an interesting game. Microsoft used to take chances developing interesting new IP’s back then and I think thats the charm of the OG. I have never heard of that Star Trek game. Interesting. 🤔 I don’t really mind a few fingerprints on a disc but if they are scratched I totally agree with you there. Those should be resurfaced and all games should be tested prior to going out.

Pacman world is fun resurfaced Gamecube games is very scary..maybe the worst system to be resurfaced.

Loved again media has the best cleaned disks! Pirates of the black cat made by EA, does it have loot boxes?! 😂I just got the tomb raider on the switch. Solid collection. Honestly I’m looking at getting a good resurfaced based on a lot of the bad games I got from VGM.

Nice box full of Xbox! Even though Kung Fu Chaos looks interesting I would say Pacman World 2 is my pick! I had that game on the ps2 back in the day and it's a lot of fun

My pick of the box would be tiny toons on snes, love those games.

Sonic 2? That's a little odd. I find that when i get a shovelware game, a lot of other subscribers will get that same game during the same month. We got quite a number of the same games in our VGM boxes. Ecco looks mad on the cover. Tiny Toons is great, I have fond memories of those. I don't mind Loose disks but, after I subscribed to PS1 games for VGM I got so many of them I'm not sure what to do with them. I bought a few empty cases for a few of them but, I just got way too many. I still have a large stack of them. Not a bad box if you don't count the Sonic 2 Game.

Maybe they have a separate listing for the mega hits version of Sonic 2?

Oh man…that sucks that your first go round with the service had those issues dude. My first box was stellar but I had a boatload of issues with my 2nd box. They took care of the issues though and since then the three boxes I have gotten have been solid with no issues. I would go with Metal Arms for this box. I am surprised that they did all Xbox games though. 🤷‍♂️ Definitely hope it’s much improved for your 2nd experience with this one buddy. Merry Christmas. 🎄

I’m trying vgm for the first time at the start of the year. I’m excited to see how it goes. I’m not sure how I feel about this one not tracking your collection. Gets dubs would be annoying.

MOH Front line was a good one. Mike Tyson Boxing is a odd one to find. I'm pretty sure LAM has a pretty good resurfacer.

I was a big fan of MOH before Cod even really came out. I wanted to send you my favorite game from the series but, after I looked at the disk I though it might have been an embarrassment. So I went for the better disk in the franchise that I owned 😄😄Glad you enjoyed the box.

Man I just do not understand these places. If you open up a business and charge a premium for it, you have to do basic steps like cleaning games and verifying the games. I see so many people justifying it for all these services. For most services of this price in other mediums, the normal person wouldn’t stay on if they sent expired food or opened foods or ripped clothing or whatever. Hope they get better, but especially for a first time buyer (which they really should have made extra sure to get right) this is not okay.

Bummer about the game not working. I didn't own an Xbox but, I don't think the other games had those weird cases with two random games and if they did I didn't find them. That disk looks rough. You know what, I liked a few mech games I had on iOS but, I never played them on any consoles. I bet they would be pretty cool. Not a bad box. Except the one that didn't work and the mismatched game/box.

Dirty games and incorrect games are not good! Hopefully it's not something that keeps happening going forward. Pretty solid looking box otherwise!

dude bummer about the quality issues. Usually if you reach out to companies like this they'll try to make it right if they drop the ball and that definitely happened here. Gungriffon is a great series that kicked off on the Sega Saturn. You were correct, there was Gungriffon Blaze on the PS2 but it's different from Allied Strike. both games are great mech titles. Sadly, they got compared to Armored core in the sixth gen and they're not the same style of game play.

I've watching these boxes for a few months now. they do seem to give more of a value per cost so far.
