I can tell its scratch since you can see little spikes in the animation. I don't think there's a fix to that cus when you reshape sometimes dots will stack up on each other creating that spike and if you delete them they kind of just come back but I could deal with that.
Ya im aware, usually I go back in each scene and remove the spikes, but since it was a small video, I didn't lol
