Where did you guys buy your garlic from
Hi! We bought it from Territorial Seed Company!
I’m very interested to see how this does in your garden. I’ve never grown garlic before, so I’m happy to be able to see updates.
Garlic is one of our favorite plants to grow! They’re beginner friendly as well. We’ll show the progression of them as the seasons go on. Thanks for watching!
@ we don’t use much garlic at our house, but growing some for a braid or two to use would be nice.
Very nice
Thank you!
Hello guys I love the mother daughter team. You guys are so funny and you turn gardening into a fun project. New subscriber here and I'll see you in the garden🤗
Hey Georgia Peach Nut, we love your videos!!! Thanks for checking us out and we’re glad to hear that you enjoy our videos. Happy Gardening 🎉!!!

I love your videos and your relationship.
We’re happy to hear you enjoy our videos 😊 Gardening together allows us to bond which is great for our mother-daughter relationship. We appreciate your support!! ❤️
This is awesome! I had no idea cranberries could be grown at home, and you explained the process so well! The breakdown of soil conditions and the two varieties was super helpful. I’m excited to give it a try myself. Plus, the health benefits you mentioned make cranberries even more appealing! Thank you for sharing such valuable information!
Yes, cranberries have some amazing health benefits. We’re glad you enjoyed the video and glad to hear you may give growing them a try! Thanks for watching and happy planting!!! 🤩
Very nice
Thank you! 😊
Wow, that's an amazing harvest!!!
Thank you so much for watching! 😊
Fantastic harvest! Awesome job ladies. I’m growing Beauregard sweet potatoes for the second time using slips from my last harvest. I hope mine are as healthy as yours. 👩🏽🌾🫶🏾
Surprisingly we found that the slips were easy to grow - no more buying slips for us 🥳 We had so many slips - that’s why we went a little overboard this year lol! We hope your harvest is plentiful and healthy as well!!
@@WokeRemnantGardening yes…I agree. The slips are easy to grow. I have the sweet potatoes from my first harvest in storage. I’m going to use them for my holiday cooking 🧑🏾🍳 Happy gardening!
@@findjoyinthejourney72 Sounds like a (delicious) plan. Happy gardening to you as well! ❤️
They are huge 😍 👏🏾
Lol and last year’s sweet potatoes were even bigger! 😅 Thanks for watching! ❤️
@WokeRemnantGardening - Amazing and enjoy 👍🏾😋😋

What an exciting harvest! 🍠 Beauregard and Georgia Jet sweet potatoes are such great varieties, and it must feel amazing to see the fruits of your labor in the fall of 2024. Looking forward to seeing the haul! 🌿
Thank you! Yes, it’s an AMAZING feeling to see the fruits of our labor 😌!!! We can’t wait to use and share them with friends and family - we’re very grateful!

Hey Woke Remnant! So glad to see you back. Sincerely, Wanda
Hey Wanda!!! We’re glad to be back and glad to see you again 😄!!!
Very well done
Thank you so much!!!
It’s good to see you again! I can hardly wait to see what varieties you’ll pick next year. I’m going to try Covington sweet potatoes Purple Viking potatoes, Sarpo Mira potatoes and a fingerling called Rose Finn Apple. Plus my obligatory paste tomatoes… hope to see you again soon.
It’s great to be back!!! Your varieties sound like great choices! We may branch out next year and try new varieties as well! Never heard of the Rose Finn Apple variety before, but it sounds intriguing - we’ll definitely have to look into it! Thank you so much for your support and we’ll see you soon!!!!
My German Butterballs were small this year, too.
We plan on growing them again next Spring. With a few tweaks, we hope to get much larger sizes of the German Butterballs next time. Thanks for sharing your experience (good to know we weren’t alone lol 😅), and thank you so much for watching!
Fantastic harvest. great content. I really enjoyed the info on the different varities.
Thank you so much! We’re glad you enjoyed it!!!
Were these picked a little too early? Some of the videos I watch or read on you pick when the leaves should be dying back. I'm asking because mine look like this now, but I was still going to give them another month because it doesn't look like "dying back" to me
Nvm 😂 I heard you answer this a minute after I commented
I see now, they should've stayed in until August. Thanks for sharing anyway
Lol 😂! Yes, if we saw your comment earlier, we would’ve said “please leave them in!” Lol Ours may have been a bit larger in size if we let the plants die back completely - meaning that they turn yellow/brown and start to dry. We hope your harvest turned out well!!!!
How / What do you use the blue potatoes? Meaning, what ways did you use them for cooking? Raw, baked etc?
Hi! Sorry for the late reply! We primarily used the blue potatoes for making homemade chips, however, they’re also pretty good for baking and mashing. They definitely made for some pretty and delicious chips though!🤩
I loved watching your video. It was very informative however I think your harvest was affected from a lack of watering in addition to being harvested too early. However, I applaud you guys and I am looking forward to the fall gardening videos.
Hi there! Sorry for the late reply! Yes, we think a significant factor that affected our harvest was also a lack of watering. The rain was minimal during the summer and sometimes we weren’t able to water as effectively or often as we would’ve liked. Thank you so much for your input and support!!!
Thanks for sharing!!!
Thanks for watching!!!
♥♥♥
Look in your soil very good because you can leave some of the potatoe u Der the soil. Very well done nice harvest keep up the good work!!!!😊😊😊❤
Yes, the soil is a very good mixture. We will be reusing it as long as we can! Thank you for watching!!!
Thank you!!! Yes, they better
Lol!!! Yes indeed!!
Awesome, looking forward to updates.
Yes - we’ll definitely provide updates! It’ll be interesting to see how they turn out!
Very nice potato harvest😊
Thank you! We are still munching on these potatoes 🥔 😂!
Great job 👏🏽👏🏽🥔
Thank you so much 😊!
You ladies are awesome. Just found you two and now I'm subscribed. I look forward to future videos!!!
Thank you so much, that was very sweet!!!☺️ We’re SO GLAD you enjoy our videos 😀 - We have more to come!!!

Thank you!!! My mom says “I know” lol. We love Creole tomatoes as well.

Very nice harvest
Thank you!
Nice melon harvest☺
Thank you!
Beautiful melons!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
New subscriber here in southeastern Kentucky. Great information in this video! Helpful information! Also, I love a good potato treasure hunt! Thanks!
Hey there! Thank you for subscribing! We made some delicious chips with these potatoes recently - so good!! We’re glad this information was helpful! Much love from Tennessee ❤️
You got some beautiful vegetables. Good harvest.
Thank you! We harvested more than expected - very glad!
What a wonderful harvest, and those tomatoes WOW!!.
Thank you! We had a lot of fun harvesting and the tomatoes were delicious!
this is my first year planting potatoes and i think this information will help a lot. Happy Growing.
We hope you have a great experience planting your first potatoes, and we definitely hope the info provided will help you out! Happy Growing to you as well!
Hi there, how are you guys doing. Very interesting definitely 💯 like
Hey, we’re doing well and we hope you are too. Thank you for supporting us!
Love watching your videos....I think you should build a vegetable washing station makes dumping pot out easier
Thank you so much for supporting us!!! We would LOVE to have a vegetable washing station. We’ve been looking at them lately and hope to get one soon. Thank you for suggesting that!!!
Really good harvest, I planted late this year but I’m thinking I’ll be in full harvest mode in a few weeks. I don’t know if you can your foods or not, but I make my own tomato sauce and paste and just freeze them in containers, lasts 8 months to a year, a lot less work in my opinion. Keep the great content coming!
Love it and thank you for the suggestions!!! We just started learning how to can our food last season, and will try to can more with our fall garden harvests. We never thought about freezing the sauce - that’s a REALLY great idea! Thank you so much for the support!!!
@@WokeRemnantGardening no problem at all. Just being a good virtual neighbor and passing on something I hope is helpful. Thanks for the response and thanks again for your content.
Love the harvest! I've been looking at the delecata. How do you cook those? What do they taste like?
Thank you and they are DELICIOUS!!! The deeply colored squash taste very sweet without seasonings and the younger/pale (slightly underripe) ones taste more like a potato that’s slightly sweet. We were pleasantly surprised! The main way people cook them is by roasting in an oven or on a grill. We will be posting a taste test video of the Delicata very soon with 3 ways we prepared them!
That was a beautiful, bountiful harvest! All of the colors and varieties of tomatoes, peppers, squash, pumpkin, cucumbers just amazed me. My only question now is, where are you located because I'm about to head over with cash in hand to buy some of that gorgeous harvest! 😂
😂🤣 We LOVE it lol!!! Very glad to get this harvest - all of the colors were AMAZING to see together!!! Now…we may have to set up shop 👀. We’re in TN, just head on down lol!
@WokeRemnantGardening it will be up for me lol. I'm in Georgia and you know I would love to meet y'all and see that gorgeous garden!
