hello jtravel, the review of the ootoya was real nice. when first opened in ny - you choose chelsea by 18th street (south). my friends ordered the dinner set and myself had salmon pressed sushi with a mini bowl of udon and a green salad. one friend reminded me the brand in japan is a more small restaurant similar to yours in a food mall. the one in ny was a bright light tall ceiling with nice 4-6 person dinner tables. thank you for bringing the food and excellent cooking to the big apple. elle for unagi
Thank you for your comment. O0toya has expanded its stores to various countries. I didn't know there was one in NY! I've eaten there a few times in Hong Kong. I think it's definitely one of the best places for people from overseas to visit Japan and eat Japanese food at a reasonable price.

I stayed here and went down to complain the room was too small. I had a single bed room and I was claustrophobic. The front desk was very kind , understanding and upgraded me to a suite for free! 😃
Reasonable hotels in Tokyo are generally small. However, I think that Prince Hotel's response was truly excellent.

Is the shuttle bus overnight?
Unfortunately there is no overnight shuttle bus. The first shuttle bus from Haneda Airport departs at 6:02, and the last bus departs at 23:25. For details, please search for "Keikyu Bus" and check from Haneda Airport to Kamata Station.
There is no services bus direct to narita airport?
Currently, there is no direct bus between Narita Airport and this hotel yet. I think the easiest way to get around is to take the Keisei Narita Sky Access Line, change to the Chuo-Sobu Line at Asakusabashi Station, and get off at Kinshicho Station.

You can move by "Skyliner" or "Keisei Narita Sky Acces " about 1 hour or more. Also you can find the best way to travel by searching Narita International Airport for the departure point and Asakusa Tavinos for the arrival point on Google Maps.
