The Shipwreck was written by our club Scottish country dance teacher, Helen McGinley. She wrote the dance in response to a comment Mich (dancing as second lady) made one day whilst talking about historical events. Written by Helen McGinley to congratulate one of our dancers (Pascal, dancing 1st couple) for earning his Master's degree. Original music by John Barnes (on accordion). The title is a play on the Marauder's Map in Harry Potter ("mischief, managed!").

Emmie Warrior was the Scottish country dance teacher at the Ruislip District Caledonian Society. She was Helen's (our Dublin teacher) first Scottish country dance teacher outside of school.

This dance was written by Alison Smith, a friend of our Dublin SCD teachers, John and Helen (dancing as 1st couple). Alison wrote the dance when she saw the wind turbines at Foudland, Aberdeenshire, turning the Glens of Foudland Wind Farm for the first time.
