It's a Living
Canada
Приєднався 30 чер 2020
It's A Living celebrates the work Canadians do, and the Canadians who do the work. Our host, Peter Jordan, proves he's the hardest working man in television by trying all kinds of jobs belonging to all kinds of Canadians. He finds the humour in any kind of work or else the humour finds him.

First time watching! Love seeing them in casual clothes
1:19 OMG! Phil Hartman was a time lord!
I always thought this show was a fever dream until a few years ago when I found it
Back when they were funny😅
What year was this filmed ?
I just visiteed this ship last week. As a naval nerd is was a sureal experience. Its in Rimouski QC for those who want to know
4:42 that one hairpiece kinda made him look like Joe Flaherty....
Comedy… nay, the world itself lost something when Brynn pulled that trigger. Of all the ways to go. Hey, I’ll say it again-we all lost something.
What, you like basketball?
What, you like football?
You mean, Special Olympics?
Toronto is where Canadians live!
Ladies and gentlemen, it is my view for now we must rely on guitars, basses, and drums, blah blah blah.
Hey, what was it, pal? Birdwatching?
Do you like hockey?
Is this some kind of the aquarium or some kind of the zoo?
Who invited that guy?
Is this some kind of the magic show or some kind of the circus?
Cirque du Soleil it's the companie's name, lterally a circus
Ladies and gentlemen, it is my view for now we must rely on guitars, basses, and drums, yada yada yada.
Full name I miss3d and I guess it went fast but 19 views where is everyone under the video?? Lol
Even at 75, I have no doubt Phil would still be on the top of his game in 2024. I'd imagine he'd still be voicing the Simpsons and would be a comedic fixture on HBO and many streaming platforms. Most likely he would have expanded his range in dramas as well.
😍😍😍😍😍
I guess perhaps it's just musicals, plays, shows, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
I guess perhaps it's just movies, shows, and so on.
There's a movie theater in the house?
I guess perhaps it's just movies, shows, and son on, and so on, and so on.
I'm sure perhaps it's just photographs, pictures, blah blah blah.
I'm sure perhaps it's just models, and so on, and so on, and so on.
I think perhaps it's just hair colors, haircuts, hairdos, hairstyles, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
I think perhaps it's just makeups, face paintings, latex makeups, and so on, and so on, and so on.
Goodbye, Phil Hartman, rest in peace! RIP!
I think i saw this in early elementary on a field trip. It was fun
Thqnks for uploading this. I appreciate getting an in-deph look of his daily life as an actor late in his tragically cut shprt career. To this day he was my favorite voice actor and shpwed you can still find success and reach for dreams even when you are older.
They are ALL AMAZING !! I watch the show a lot. They are so creative talanted and hilarious 🏆❤
Straight up brilliant to see so much footage from when WEM was really great, before so much has been removed or shut down, including the bungee jump, Mindbender rollercoaster, whale fountain, submarines.
The power dynamic between Drew and Colin is pretty real. Look how Colin sucks up to him almost to a comedic level, and Drew does the opposite, pretending to abuse Colin
I helped train some Canucks at the SWSC - submarine warfare systems centre - at HMAS Watson in the late 80s. Australia had some sonars , fire control gear and weaponry the CDF was just getting equipped with in refit. We still only had female tech contractors on boats then, no gals in uniform. But yes, women were aboard, the world didn't end. Took awhile to get the smell of diesel out of my hair after each trip. The O boats after refit with the CSU83 sonar and Mk48 torps were very effective, just long in the tooth.
Hello, do you have Season 4 Episode 3 of It's a Living? The episode is about monster truck drivers. In fact, a brief snippet of it is seen in this video at 2:42. I'm asking because that episode has extremely rare footage of a monster truck show in 2001 at the BC Place stadium in Vancouver. There is almost no other footage of that event, except for what was shown in that episode. With that being said, please, feel free to let me know if you have any details about S4 E3.

@@lucyfernandez8304 What?
what year was this?
Its a living ran between 1998 and 2004
Great job Peter. Media persona gimmick or what like Garth Brooks, Peter Gammons, Rick Mercer or Tom Selleck aside - you actually got an out in a pro game. That can never be taken out of the record books.
Awesome. Love to see the old Winnipeg Stadium later Canad Inns Stadium as a baseball park. With the first generation artificial turf there were shades of early Telus Park in Edmonton, Exhibition Stadium in Toronto and less so in this case but even with Olympic Stadium in Montreal before the roof was put on.
Billy West's voiced character Zapp Brannigan on Futurama was originally written and designed for Phil Hartman. You can hear the influence! RIP Phil, one of the greatest 🙏 ❤
More Peter Jordan!
He was just on the verge of great things. RIP Phil.
I really like Ron. Man has a good heart
What year was this filmed?
Probably prior to 2003 because the Cannonball waterslide is still there
That photo makes him look like Teller
R.I.P. Robin Bachman.
Ah, a shot of old school Canadianisms, lol. I grew up in northwestern Ontario and loved 'PJs' 'It's a living' segments.
I haven't heard this song in forever
