Who I am is not something I feel, it is my body. I respect them so much, I can't think discriminate them. As an ADHD, I know everything about being an outcast and people behaving others differently. But biology, DNA, genes and chromosomes are relevant. Otherwise we have to respect other things, such as being a pedophile. Why not, because they feel who they are and we should allow them to be together with minors. No, that's not the case. There are two sex. This woke thing is out of control. I am really happy to speak Turkish because there is no separation in my language for third person. When I learn a new language, hardest part is gender seperations. Just 'O'. In my mind even 'he and she' seperation is sexist. Even 'it' is speciesism to other animals. They are in the same categorization as wares and unliving objects. Don't you think it is disrespectful either, I do. But unfortunately animals doesn't care because they don't understand our languages. But LGBT people are not another human beings. They are homo sapiens. Why do we have to treat other people like aliens, like they are something else. This is why they are nervous around straights. Not because how they feel about themselves but how straights see them. I like thinking queer because there is no separation for anything. People doesn't have to satisfy people's needs for approval. But we all human beings must treat each other with respect and dignity.

You can't be assign at birth. You are in 99,9% either biological a man or a woman. How can you be so deluded. I can only laugh desperately at such bizarre and false statements, which declare biologically and factually verifiable facts to be untrue. The whole pronoun thing is just complicating language. Please get a real job and stop invent newspeak.
Tips: 1. No state is permanent. 2. Approach any challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow stronger. 3. Seek support (shoulder to cry on). 4. Focus on the controllables. 5. Priorities self-care. 6. Build yourself a tenacity toolkit.
Nine Questions: 1. How do I typically react to setbacks and difficulties? 2. What are my coping strategies during tough times? 3. How do I handle emotional distress? 4. What lessons have I learnt from previous hardships? 5. Do I feel capable of handling new challenges? 6. Who do I turn to when I need help? 7. How do I take care or my physical and mental health during stress? 8. Am I able to maintain a positive outlook? 9. Do I adapt well to change?

Too Informative !! Sara Could you suggest how to tackle the problem of being Over-worked in a new job as fresher where we have to work 10-12 hrs a day instead of 8 hours ? Also how to negotiate or ask the new interviewer/boss when applied for another company to work for ? Is it a good strategy to be Frank & honest about working hours..but some people take it as Rude if fresher candidates are asking or demanding such things so how to deal with the situations...

Could you suggest me books on how to increase my value & becoming top employee, more important in my field of Hvac design engineer in Aec construction industry or in general to sky rocket my earning capacity to achieve financial freedom faster in early 30s ? Is it good to be a generalist or specialist in the job or creating our own business as solopreneur contractor would be the only solution as my mission is only the money no matter what the situation is ..
