There's a first time for everything!
In his first trip to Thailand, Marco Pierre White along with his son Luciano are invited to feast on the culinary offerings of 100 Mahaseth, which includes a hearty bowl of Bull's Penis Soup and a plate of creamy Ant's Egg Salad.
Helmed by Chef Chalee Kader, this Bib Gourmand awarded restaurant prides themselves in their root to fruit and nose to tail experience, using all Thai ingredients sourced directly from local Thai farmers.

The way Marco describes food and what he's eating/tasting is very informative and mesmerising. He doesn't just describe it... he tells you a story, along with the techniques, flavours and textures. He has this ability to help you see food as magic, and he inspires you to get passionate about food. I haven't found a better chef that talks about food in such a majestic way that he does. It shows you how much he understands food, even down to the spiritual level. That's why he's the best in the gastronomic business. That's why he's a worldwide cult hero - a hero to chefs and everyday regular punters alike.

I hate Marco with a passion. He is a horrible human who does not deserve the praise and adoration that he has received. There are plenty of other finer cooks who are not as arrogant and egotistical as him. He is a cook at best but not a chef for a chef deserves respect.

Luciano is a chip off the old block. Just as terrifying (in an inspiring way) as his father, Marco especially in regards to wisdom with food and carrying that jovial, calm demeanour to harness that thunder.
