    The Portuguese and Spanish languages are very similar, so you can understand what the other is really saying although the Portuguese find it easier to speak Spanish than it is for us Spanish speakers to understand Portuguese in its entirety, but that's okay. Finally, the Spanish language is becoming a more universal language like English is today and that seems excellent to me because it has many benefits in all possible aspects.

    this idea of other languages are spoken faster, it is only a sensation, all of us in our own language we speak very fast and when we focus or listen to another person that speaks a different language it seems to us they are faster than us but it is only because we are not proficient in that language. What do you think?

    • @TravelTongues
      @TravelTongues День тому

      that's true, beacause when we start learning new language our brain every time need to use a lot of anergy to receive and deal with information, thats why it takes time, but in our native language our brain works automaticly, thats why we can speak faster and process information faster as well. This is how I can explain this/

    For sure Italian is very romantic. It's the only language in the world which was "created" by poets. It was first used in poetry when normal people didn't go to school and were no more able to understand Latin; then over the centuries it managed to replace Latin altogether. But it was born with rhymes, rhythms, metrics and music. No surprise it's so romantic.
