i love that you left in the kids in the back ground! it perfectly shows what it is to be at home with kids all day. Make a plan and stick to it! the kids will always love you even if you have ruff days.

I would try mixing some of the Quaker oatmeal with the Great value to see if she will notice. Start with a little Quaker and mostly Great value and see how that goes then maybe you'll be able to add more over time. I do that for myself when I'm trying to change some eating habit like regular coffee to decaf, lol.

Eat less n" better quality cheese from a local farm or your grocery store deli like white aged cheddar! ; Any drinks or foods that say diet, light, low calorie or low fat are crap !! Juices especially cocktail juice full of sugar try real fruit or all fruit bars - check out @flavcity he is full of info on reading labels, good foods ,etc . It's a learning process, a lifestyle change / journey. All Thee Best. 😉🇨🇦
