It sounds like you're experiencing issues with the mod due to the game’s version. The mod you're trying to use likely isn't compatible with Cyberpunk 2077 version 2.21, as it was designed for version 2.2. The textures are indeed maxed out in the game. The video looks good on my PC, but sometimes UA-cam's compression can affect the quality. Even though the video is captured at high quality, the resolution may appear reduced after uploading. Rest assured, the textures are set to maximum in-game.

This current video wasn't focused on showcasing FPS, but I may consider doing that in a future video, similar to my old one: ua-cam.com/video/-01kLj1upNA/v-deo.html. You can also subscribe to my UA-cam channel and check out my older videos to get a peek at the settings I use.

@OrionPaxOP Yes, I have path tracing enabled with the Ultra Plus mod. While the RTX 3060 may not match the 4080 or 4090 in raw power, with the right optimizations, it can run at similar graphical quality to the 4090 or 5090 in terms of settings. The main differences are in resolution and FPS, but at high settings, the 3060 holds up surprisingly well. The performance hit is there, but it’s more about balancing visual fidelity and smooth gameplay. It’s definitely still a solid option, even if it’s not as fast as the higher-end cards.

Well a 3060ti (i have one) is faster than a 4060 so i think a 3060 can beat a 4050
