    I have heard about the 10,000 steps being an arbitrary number before. There are some days at work when I can exceed this easily; I walk to work and into town etc. At the moment I’m trying to keep my feet up, as I have plantar fasciitis!

    Nice video. Those old X5 BW's actually have two springs inside. One on each end. I've taken all three of mine apart and cleaned everything and use spray dry lube on the springs.

      I didn’t know you could take them apart! I’m going to see if I can figure it out because both of mine have developed an annoying squeak. Appreciate any suggestions!

      @@weekendwanderer5514 It's easiest if you have two people but you can do it by yourself if you are fairly strong. Place one end on something hard like a coffee table. I use one of those rubber discs that BW sells and that comes with some of their products to put the BW on. Grab the chrome part of the device and pull down as far as you can until there is slack in the straps. Keeping the tube pulled down, pull the black handle up and off of the chrome tube. Once you get it off, you can pull the chrome tube out of the bottom handle and then pull out all of the insides from both sides. Let me know how it goes.

    I like your video. I purchased my first Bullworker around the same time, initially starting with the original version and then the X5. I sold it as I was a little frustrated with the straps pulling out of sync. Anyway, 2 years ago I bought the Bow Basic and ISO Bow and have got back into this form of exercise, combined with body weight training.

      I have all the New Bullworker products including there Limited Edition X5 28"Pro Gold. That said my favourite Bullworker is the Bow Basic. The Bow Basic has a feel and a quality above all the rest even the Limited Edition X5 28"Pro Gold which costs $750 and the Bow Basic $100 brand new. I have built an awesome body from Bullworker (Age 60)

    Very cool how you filmed the video. Walking is definitely a good idea. It's low impact and everybody needs to maintain the ability to move freely and unassisted.

    Really liked your video a lot. I'm a few years younger than you and never used a Bullworker when I was in my teens/early twenties. I have been using a combination of a regular Bullworker, Bullworker X5, chest expanders and power twisters for months now. These old school pieces of equipment all work well separately and in different combinations for both isometric and isotonic exercises. I am experiencing a big increase in my upper body strength and muscle mass. Hope you will do more with the Bullworker and maybe the others as well in the future. 👍👍

    The stuff we all carry varies but it is good to see what others carry with them to get ideas. Different stuff for different applications makes perfect sense. Also, be careful where you put your lighter in your car, I had a lighter explode in my car one summer years ago,happily there was no damage just lots of flourescent green plastic shards everywhere.

      I used to have a Swiss Army knife like that, now I have a Swiss Army card version, credit card sized, ( but a little thicker). Again, an interesting video.

      Interesting points made. Because I work a three-week rolling rota, I’m perhaps not used to a structure like the 9-5. Like you, I wouldn’t miss the social interaction/ meetings aspect of work. Also, a point not often mentioned is that working costs money in the form of commuting or clothing costs. Thanks again.

      @@Sherlock2022 You’re absolutely correct about the hidden costs. I live in a very expensive part of the country and my lunch tab alone was between 50 and $70 per week. Factoring in the other costs you mentioned I was spending a considerable amount of money just for the privilege of working!

    It's vital to keep the mind firing on all cylinders as much as possible, use it or lose it I suppose. Having a broad range of different interests on your own & with a spouse is also a good idea.
