I mention sled push in the video. It’s a great ‘functional fitness’ shoe. I’ve recently been doing rope climbs in them too.

Accurate

I can only comment of how they fit my foot. I just got fitted for a new shoe which was H width. Doing a bit of Googling, H is equal to EEEE width. I wear the Motus almost every day and have no issues with width. Everyone’s foot shape will be different though, and how they like their fit different again. The shoes are supposed to fit big, including in the toe, but your foot shape determines how much space you’ll have.

The outer has a rubber wear pattern which will help with rope climbs. It should be visible in the video.

The mat helps you learn the timing when a higher jump is needed.

I have been wearing a pair of the white for over a month now and the colour hasn't changed. There's a few marks from use, but that's to be expected with any shoe.

Linking the second double under is a big hurdle for a lot of people. Jumping higher on the second dub is the key here. Bring the intensity to link the two together. Think higher, higher, higher! How high? Higher!

Yes! Our cables are shorter than others, but that’s because we apply some ‘rules’ to cable length rather than the user sizing it themselves; usually too long, which leads to wide arms. Going to a cable that’s the correct length makes it feel short, where they’ve been using the wrong cable length. For crossovers, we recommend adding up to 4” to your usual cable length and work shorter as you improve. Glad the tips helped. All the best 👊🏼

The FRE is based on the design of the G2. You’ve got an epic mix of ropes already!

The clips on the Frevo/RapidFit are manufactured to a particular diameter for the Buff cable and beaded cord. Adding cord options means adding clip options. Frevo has 3 cord options already which works well.

It’s demonstrating a toe catch technique. Once you can do one proficiently, add additional reps. Intensity comes after you’ve mastered the skill.

No they are not adjustable. We cut and swage all of our EVO cables to size with a hydraulic press in our warehouse. It is a more secure fitting on the end of the cable which won’t come unscrewed like other fittings can. Unfortunately not. The heavies use much larger hardware than EVO and Original Rx.

Clean it. Dirty, dust, chalk etc. will affect the spin and a regular cleaning regimen is recommended.

@@ben4182 Damp cloth with light detergent will work. If it's an EVO, compressed air between the head unit and handle will help blow out any debris. Do not use lubricants if it's an EVO as it'll ruin the bearings.
