In my free time (which is almost nonexistent) I will also upload recorded EAS alerts. I am working on getting monitoring computers online so I can monitor and record required monthly tests and severe weather occurring in other areas.

It does as it's not relying on the internet but on the cellphone signal the only way tonnot get them is by turning airplane mode on, even a phone with no sim could get them

I just discovered this video, I was in my schools front office helping staff when it went off and kids phones were all going off
The phones dont need a sim card to get the alerts
The phones are preinstalled with an alert app hidden from the launcher
