What a night! Hope all OK. Thanks for showing.
Amazing! Thank you!
WOW heaps of whales
Yes!
Btw if you haven't already tried before, it looks like your filament is pretty wet. (Despite what people think, it doesn't come dry). There's some good videos on drying it on just your heat bed and the box the filament came in. That and running your calibration should get your surfaces (especially on the white) looking WAY better.
ok thanks.. it's very humid here at times.. these were fresh out of the bag only 24hrs so had hoped ok.. have bought vacumm bags and have desiccant to store with it so hope that helps when not using it..
How do you like your A1? Thinking of picking one up to go with my X1C
I'm very happy with it! It's my first printer and I needed it to support an art project so it was important to get going quickly and without fuss which it did superbly! My main need is to do prototyping of custom parts in such as PLA Basic and when my designs are done I will get a shop to do them in stainless steel for fitting into my final stage project. In the meantime I am also experimenting with such as PLA Metal, Matte and CF as I also have some needs for custom brackets on my ski and bike.. a great machine for my needs for sure!
That was cool
Its a fun process to watch!
So what is it please?
It's a small basket clip onto side of printer to catch and collect excess save it ending up on the floor.. so the printer can make accessories for itself!
Great shots mate 👍 👌
Thank you!
Hello 👋. 😀😃 good music choice.
Thank you!
Great video Alex. Love your drone footage. Thanks for sharing it with us all. Cheers.
Thank you!
A beautiful area. Camped along the Bridle track many times during the 1980's. Often stayed at Randwick Hole camp ground.
Cool!
Awesome
Thanks!
North Brother ("Laurieton Mountain"), I assume, Alex?
yes! A long way then up up up!
Great work Alex. Thanks for going to the effort to capture this.
Glad you liked it! Good weather!
These came out so good! Weather looks amazing there still too. Day i got back to ballarat it was 7deg here. Missing the weather up there hahah.
Thanks! You know where to come for the good weather and warm beaches then!
@@AlexMcNaught aiming to get the parents back up after Easter if their health is good. So another week up there then. Then the reverse trip again in september for another week.
Thanks for all your enthusiasm & adventurous work, & promotion of our fantastic coast, landscape & weather ! You inspire us.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you have enjoyed the images I've been fortunate enough to produce!
Awesome footage but had to turn the volume down big time due to the annoying women. All the other passengers did well to put up with that.
I'm glad she was happy but crikey!
Yes I know what you mean.. I wanted to capture the reactions as part of the experience but it was an all or nothing choice..
Great video but would have been better with music throughout!
I usually do have music throughout.. I included the reactions as part of the experience buy its a balance not always possible..
Yep. I know as soon as Mt Seaview records 500mm in 24 hours it's time to lube up... Don't forget the other tributaries like the Maria, Wilson, and also the Thone River flowing from Comboyne Plateau (which always gets a remarkable amount of rain).
For 24 yrs I bashed my way to Lord Howe Island. The Island Trader story.🏝💦😎⚓️
wow.. you would have seen a LOT over that time!
alex mc i am a big fan
cool! Thanks!
That's a dolphin orgy party!
Believe it or not the canal developments mitigated a lot around the westport area (yes it could have been worse, going by how Settlers Inn flooded during the last 1/100 year flood before the canals were there). Some family friends lost everything in Riverside Village :(. They get tidal backflow in that culvert that runs through the village.
AMAZING!! So beautiful to watch
AMAZING!! So beautiful to watch
Cool!
Amazing
Cool!
Fantastic footage Alex!
Thanks!
It needs a good wash gets a bit stinky at times!
Bird rock that is!
@@jasonmcmanus6169 It sure got that cleanout!
don't you mean 30 July???
yes!
Amazingly stable footage in such windy conditions.👍
This machine is a miracle worker for sure!
Well, that's definitely not the old girl which runs over to Lord Howe....or is it Norfolk? Can't remember. This one appears to be a "liquid" transporter so maybe fuel of some description. With a mobile phone number on the stern! 😀Any info, Alex?
"Island Trader" does the LHI run.. this is entirely different, a fuel tanker.. supposedly did/does work for the Navy as such..
@@AlexMcNaught Thanks, Alex. Yeah, I gathered it was a fuel transport. Is there a depot in Port now? Never used to be one near the river when we lived in the district.
@@hcrun It's up at Birdons to get work done
@@AlexMcNaught Yeah...I just Googled the ship and it came up with Birdon's. They did some work on it in 2019 too. Thanks, mate.
I don't remember this being on the news in NW Tassie. I still want to move back to the beautiful MNC, in due course.
Amazingly beautiful 🫶🏼
Thanks!
So beautiful 💙

Thanks!
Wow! Brilliant! What a lovely thing to do!
Thanks!
These time lapses are so great, you can see the process (must be very complicated) and then the amazing end results, Fabulous!
Thank you! It's always fun to see it rise out of the sand like that!
Beautiful as always Alex. Love the butterfly.💓
Cool.. thanks!
😮 I saw it on TV Congratulations for being on the ball
Thank you!
Just amazing and always so original
Thank you!
Nice work!
Thank you!
Well done Alex. Next time I’m in Port Macquarie I’d love to learn sand art skills.
Thanks! No problems.. just need to find a patch away from the water and good to go! I always aim low tide to maximise things but anywhere any time can be made to work!
So nice to see this! good on you Alex, I love what you do!
Thank you!
Thank you Alex. That was so meaningful for our family as my mother is a Lifeline councillor and mentor. Lifeline can change outcomes for vulnerable and hurting people.
I'm happy the Sand Art could help them get such a great message out on the media like that!
Flood waters , logs and trees to look for as well as safe passage.
Great footage. Did You catch the last break through too?
