Setting:
Persona 3 Reload is set in the fictional Japanese city of Iwatodai, where players take on the role of a high school student who discovers a hidden hour between each day, known as the "Dark Hour." During this time, most people are unconscious and appear as eerie coffins, while Shadows, hostile creatures, roam freely. The protagonist, along with other members of a specialized school club called SEES (Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad), must enter a massive, ever-changing tower called Tartarus, which only appears during the Dark Hour, to battle Shadows and uncover the mysteries surrounding this strange phenomenon. The game combines elements of daily life simulation and supernatural battles, set against a hauntingly atmospheric cityscape.
