What type of the old versions?

Go to your game files and make sure you are playing on one of the older versions of Windows. Launch the game "run as admin" Hope that helps, I did a lot of google searching to get it right. There is a great Sims 1 subreddit with helpful information.

How to stretch screen?

It didn’t say you couldn't have an upstairs room.

I’m impressed, that’s a tough challenge!! I’d do an outdoor kitchen with a roof overhang. No deck, as that would add tiles. Also, for the sleeping situation, is it cheating to use a big tent? 🤔

I love to build Sears homes in the Sims. I built a ton in the Sims freeplay mobile game (which was not easy). Keep going. this will improve your skill of building from a floor plan

Love this. I'd love to hear your thoughts/commentary as you're showing the building process. I noticed there are no indoor bathrooms in this model of home. I would have tried to add a chamber pot or two for accuracy, or perhaps an outhouse. For gameplay, the Sims would at least need one of those pee bushes.

I suppose they would need an outhouse.

This was a nice throwback! I started playing SIMS with SiMs2 so I have not seen this version before now. I loved playing SIMS 2 most since I was able to make custom worlds using Sim City

I would recommend placing dumpsters in the areas in the areas that you mostly play in/frequent. Have you ever heard of the T.O.O.L. Mod? It allows you to place objects of lot. It can help with decorating the environment around your lot and it can allow you to place useful items like grills and playground equipment if you have kids.
