To be fair , the sanctions do work . Maybe not as good as we would wish , but its beginning to have efect now that India decided they dont want to be sanctioned also . So they wont buy Russian oil , it took some time but more and more want to avoid the sanctions and are stopping the oil import from Russia . But ofcause its not a bad idea to blow up the source of the oil , then they can be sure nobody can circumvent the sanctions . And my hope is they can hit all of these refineries , so theres no oil or diesel for Russia either .

Oil dont need a single dollar investment, the production keeps increasing and the market is flooded with oil. If oil was scarce there would be no need for writing this nonsens, then prices would fix the situation.
