Origami - Turtle tutorial
You can buy paper that's made just for making these turtles. I'm not sure where I got mine from, since it was given to me as a gift, but you can probably find it online or in some Asian stores that specialize in arts and crafts.
Enjoy.

Переглядів 3,3 тис.8 років тому
Happy 4th of July to my American neighbours! You will need 30 sheets of square paper. I cut a large piece of paper into 4 so my kusudama would be smaller in size. But of course, you can always make a large kusudama if you wish. To celebrate Independence Day, I'll be showing you how to make a kusudama designed by Tomoko Fuse. I used red and blue paper and thought the star design fit perfectly wi...

Переглядів 6 тис.8 років тому
To celebrate Canada Day, I decided to show you how to make an origami maple leaf. A lot of maple leaf designs end up looking like a marajuana leaf (lol :P), so I searched through the interwebs for a design that looked true to the famous Canadian maple. This design was created by a brilliant artist, Brian Chan of MIT. Please check out more of his work here: web.mit.edu/chosetec/www/origami/ I ho...

This is one of my favorite pieces that I'm learning right now. I know there are a few mistakes and the timing is kinda off...but whatever:P Enjoy:) and yes, I know I should arch my fingers:S It's a really bad habit and I MUST fix it!
I couldn’t make it flap
Sorry, it moves
It kind of flaps🤔
I love your videos don't care about the mean comments
Actually, not a scam
Scam
This was really fun to make thank you
Susah banget
I swear everytime I make these turtles..People have no idea that it's a turtle. Like gahhhhh

What type of paper are you using? It holds folds very nicely without tearing!
Beautiful tutorial! So relaxing to watch and I love your branch mobile. Now, for me to make some cranes first. 😊
This doesn’t even move! I wasted a perfectly good sheet of paper to make this and it is a scam! Don’t make this, watchers! 😡
It does flap dont move it up and down just do a simple tug😼
it does move! you need to *pull* the tail, not move it up and down. mine worked perfectly fine!
No, johnl is right… I did al the steps and it won’t move😭
@@xiaopingchen7142 yeeeah yk what I mean
I am going to sub if this s Works I am going to dislike if not 😮
I couldn't really do it but its really cool
Thank u so much😂
It did not work😢
Try harder and see the results 😇❤
The most mesmerizing moment is when you show the paper at the end of the tutorial, that paper with geometric form and with the colors of the turtle. By using this kind of paper, the turtle looks more realistic. Very impressive. I will try to fold that very cute turtle. It seems not too challenging. I just watched the tuto, i didnt fold yet...best regards
The best moment is when you pull on the paper to form the turtle shell...it is like a Magic trick. I am 50 years old and i am still fascinated by origami and this kind of folding. You start with a triangle form, it is awesome ❤️
It was all good until minute 12, then it was all over for me
fiquei emocionada com o trabalo e principalmente com a sua delicadeza...
I tried this tutorial for the turtle and it turned out great! The steps were really easy to follow! I made one mini turtle! But now I can have a whole army of them >:)
Do you know the size of the paper you used?
cranes can fly
I’ve seen this swan many times and I thought I could never fold such a thing. But FINALLY after 2 years of experience I made it
All of the vids I’ve tried none worked until I found this video it worked and helped a lot thanks so much!!
Bruh it didn’t even work this was so h a waist of time what a horrible video Irenerz if you see this stop clickbaiting
I have seen 15 videos of this origami but in any video there is no flapping in the birds
But in this video bird is flapping
@@ushabisen2934 you need to pull it out not up or down
2:19
so what about it ?
@@Beethoven14 oh, i just left a timestamp where i left off so that i could remember. i dont really need it anymore
Mine still don't really move but it's cool lol
It does flap, pull the tail out not up and down, I thought mine wasn’t but I wasn’t pulling enough
Did i just get rick rolled by a origami tutorial
It was good but the wings did not flap
Masterfully demonstration, thank you.
Great video.! Should the branch be dried? I'm afraid it will deteriorate if I don't dry it. sorry for my english (from France). Thank you so much for this tutorial
Didn’t work at all
