Horses and equine sports are so expensive. You have to be upper-middle class income level to afford it. I have nothing against it. I owned a TB in the 90s in California and loved it. But it was really expensive. Most of the riders are females because they marry rich, doctors, lawyers, etc., so they can ride at the stables with with their daughters. I saw so much of that. it's 90% of the sport in the U.S.

It is a hazard and shouldn’t be near roadway. The property owner should be liable if someone is injured

Yeah that's how rich people raise their rich children. Please nobody adopts a horse without money. It costs a ton to maintain horses. This is a rich person's hobby and it's nothing else. They make it sound like some rags to riches story. How much money did her parents sink into that "free" horse.
