Hello, what parameters are you using in the second setup ? (Phase/Delay)
But some addition info about the differences between setup 1 and 3 would have been nice :)
Both 1 and 3 are end fire setups. In option 1, regular forward facing stacks are deployed. In option 3, the center box in each stack is reversed to make them cardioid. Option 3 combines two techniques in one and with good results. Please note that there are improved cardioid presets available now: the _Cx presets.
