Tomato Rasam with Ginger, Garlic and Spices. Soothing drink for rainy season. Ingredients. 2 Tomatoes. Water. Salt per taste 8-10 Pepper corns 1/4 tbsp Coriander Seeds. 1/3 tbsp Fenugreek seeds. 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds Mustard seeds 1 Guntur Chilli 1 Byadagi Chilli *You can also use 2 Red chillies instead* 2 tbsp Coconut 1 inch Ginger 4-5 Garlic cloves. 1 tbsp Jaggery. Curry leaves Oil

Inspired by Mango Chicken curry. I made the vegan version with tofu. I have used Indian curry powder in the recipe which can be substituted with Japanese curry powder or Hot madras curry powder.

They will guide., Remember that you will have to pay 50 Norwegian kroner (5$) for a day.
