Keep on the good work I do suggest you not to let the bar ''rest'' and keep doing the reps to make the best gains Also, you can do supination instead of pronation grip (like doing bicep curl) it could be more convenient
This is the best exercise there is. Work up to your bodyweight for 12. 4 second eccentric. Deep stretch with a hold.

No just right handed I just have some shoulder pain that make the pose look so off
@DALEDOESFITNESS I see. Sorry to hear that. There are some great physio exercises like gravity rotator cuff rotations that can really help with the pain. Hope that help brother!
