I appreciate this video. I recently bought desert land North of Lancaster.
East side West side, off what cross street?
I lived in Lancaster for 34-years. I retired in 2010 and the door didn't hit me in the butt. This town was a hell hole when I left, I bet its 10-times worse now. If you love your family don't move there.
Just bought two acres in Edwards!
aloha very cool, thx, try at sunrise and set, also can you fly over W Ave B-12 not marked to W Ave B-10 also not marked halfway between 185th St W and 190th st. W, its the strip of land north of the dry river bed, the street numbers go up and down by 2, a-8, a10, etc. wanna see my neighbors junk pile but mainly not the junk pile, as I am one property over to the west. Mahalo where do I send the flowers for the kindness? it looks like solar panels are the wave of the future, next to beach front prop after the big one, good place to grow Peoples Rx marijuana ...
Flew over my house LOL
is good to buy a land here?
Is good to buy a land here?
Lancaster.
I grew up there. Great memories!
A playground for Dirt Bike and Off Road vehicles finished off by bon-fire get to gethers...
It's both, literally and figuratively a desert...
In the 50's there were chicken farms everywhere in antelope valley. Also more alfalfa grown there than anywhere. Aircraft then took over and the rest is history.
I grew up in the AV from 1954, 4 years old. Dad move us over from Oxnard, where we kids were born. Population was about 10,000 then. It was a great place to grow up back then, not so much now. Back in the summer of 1966, I worked on a turkey ranch next to the tracks near Ave E for a buck an hour in 110 degree heat! I'm AVHS class of 1969. I was just home for my 50th year HS reunion.
I always drive by there 😄👍
WASTELAND=ANTELOPE VALLEY=DEPRESSING.
Beautiful.
Do you have an email I can contact you at about using some of this footage? Thank you!
