This is the funniest scene and it shows how ridiculous movies were and what tripped us in the 70s. There are 5pm shadows casting from objects, so I guess they had just closed the store. Right. The alarm is still sounding, yet a Complete inventory was done in a matter of 2 minutes to reveal that the criminal ONLY took a couple of Halloween masks (sold in a hardware store), "some" rope, and a couple of knives. They were so busy doing this 2-minute complete inventory that they forgot to turn the alarm off. Word has it, the alarm is still going off in 2024.
