I’m a passionate fisher from Mississippi that lives in Hawaii. I fish off shore, in a kayak, on a boat, but mostly on a inflatable boat I like to troll live bait opelu or akule im out to catch whatever is swimming by hungry enough to bite. My favorite thing to do is help my friends catch fish!
60 pound Marlin
We were very thankful for this fish to close out the weekend! This was my second marlin landed. Caught during the Wee Guys tournament it was not quite big enough go qualify, but a good meal for neighbors friends and family.

Bait was tough to find im guessing this guy was apart of the reason. My first strike was a ono that came flying Stright up out of the water and bit my hooks clean off. Video started with a gopro malfunction but i hope you enjoy the rest.

To avoid going to the super market and buying a fish that they killed and waisted 100 others to get. Just to charge me $20 a pound to feed my family.

Wow! Loved every bit of this. Great editing to Try go Fast through much of the epic battle and funny fast forward sound. Seeing color on that Tuna...made my heart jump with excitement. Head shakes from the whopper clearly discernible as was the tuna's line pulling from pretty much straight down. Magnificent.

I did cut him and bled him but I did it in the bag on the boat I’ve had fish pop off the gaff back into the water and run off with the rod so I’m doing my best to avoid that!

@@TheBlackSalmon Right on, lived Hilo side couple years, a year here a year there. Tried the Kayak thing 1 year. switched to a small inflatable after watching some vids. Love it. Surprised its not more popular. I think guys worried about hooks. I was at first but just have to be careful
