II part What is freerunning? It is hardly possible to answer unequivocally. For me, freerunning is not knowing what the boy in the mirror is capable of; for me, freerunning is to really appreciate good weather and warm countries; for me freerunning is a journey that can happen on a grass lawn; for me, freerunning is screaming all over the street because of a long-awaited landing; for me freerunning is limping for kilometers at night, but singing out loud because of absolute happiness; for me freerunning is getting achievements and finding teachers in everyone without medals and coaches; for me freerunning is my way of expressing strength peacefully. Every moment for 5 years is hidden in a large mosaic of memories. Here I almost fell from the roof of the abandoned building, here I'm performing, here I'm recording a small farewell speech, because anything can happen on the edge of the roof, here I'm discussing with half-naked girls how to make a cartwheel, here I'm trying to get home, rejoicing that I was able to somehow land a double from the horizontal bar with an injured leg and survive, here I'm calling all friends to know what’s happening after memory loss because of impact, but here I'm once again yelling long "yeees". It is trivially to say that the main thing that you discover is far from your body and its abilities. But we’ll discuss ambition, personal growth and psychological immunity next time. I'd rather mention one of the most overlooked things about freerunning - satori. - this is the most important concentrated moment when the legs are lifted off the ground and the whole world disappears. There is only one single moment, only by which you can be defined. Your personality, your problems, your thoughts, and therefore time and space, dissolve in pure awareness. It's not hard to prove that freerunning is more than an adrenaline rush; by the way, looking at the number of words and emotions now, I understand that there are no drugs in the world that would expand my consciousness wider) But words cannot express all the love, although the attempt was good. However, as much as I would extol freerunning, it has one significant vice - this guy broke hearts harder than any girls. So here comes the time when the text to the video is more important than the video itself - By the way, in the video you won’t see triple fulls and accuracy at 10 meters. I also decided to cut it to the most essential clips, but it was hard to refuse some tricks with cards, cool life moments and some tricks, looking similar, so video is superdynamic. It’s a pity, of course, that I didn’t have time to film many combos properly, land some doubles from the bar on the grass and make a double wallflip, but everything has its time. And how would the way make stronger if there were more victories on it than defeats? I will get tired of saying thank you to everyone, but I will never forget anyone - thanks to my parents, who were not seriously involved in this, but have always helped and supported; Thanks to everyone who started with - from former classmates - Andrey, Aziz, Vasya, Vova, Slava, Roma to local unities with Yura, Mark, Egor, Andryusha, with whom we continued, right down to those with whom I still move - Danya, Zhenya and, of course, the entire Mercury Crew: Grisha, Roma, Artem, Sanya and Karabasovich (still amusing nickname) and many others; besides the guys, I would like to mention many - from acquaintances who met in Turkey, to a gymnast-waiter from Georgia, from workouters from Barcelona to people, who were counting down on the pier in Adler, from security guards, giving one more try, to countless random operators, from everyone who came up to talk and asked for advice, to those whose advice saved me in the gyms. Too much acknowledges. But I am grateful not only to all my colleagues and assistants in filming and training - I am grateful to everyone on the planet, because everyone is involved in my happiness - the audience, who did not hesitate to applaud; the guards, who chased out of the territories, making every trick more valuable; users, whose stories happened to be diluted; children, who saw that magic exists; people, who quit their sport, but are happy to see how others move; acquaintances, who do not skimp on comments; passers-by, a part of whose day it is always pleasant to become and all those, who do not even know about our hobby - after all, someday a piece of visual miracle and energy will reach them. I was always grateful to the organizers of competitions, festivals, the owners of the gyms, for the development of our business and after all, I simply have to thank the most significant - thanks to Millman for teaching how to breathe deeper and Soc, at least for saving my life by the phrase "It doesn't matter what you do, only how well you do it”; thanks to Taleb for the piece of knowledge about chaos and, of course, the greatest gratitude to the one, who was my lodestar all the way, made my heart sing in tenor, inspired and restored from the pieces, and, as befits a majestic luminary, remained unachievable. All of this is not the melody of the arrogant - it is all about coming out to the light. However dramatic I sounded, I'm not saying goodbye to the world, heh. But this video and text are very unusual marks for me. Yes, I see myself at the age of 30, skillfully combining travelling and training, but it is obvious that any flights do not last forever. And one day there will come the moment, when websters and gainers will remain only in memories and videos, but I'm ready for that (Uhhh, I will miss this lifestyle so much, even my injuries).

III part It’s sad to admit, but since this video is released I will gradually retire, although I am always amazed, how so many cool guys leave the game. But how cool is that loss in one place turns into gain in another, and what is even cooler is that the two above-named people taught me, that you must always go off staying hungry. Nothing remains the same, so all the memories for 5 years will remain the most vivid and meaningful, no matter how progressive and enjoyable further training may be (wonder what it is like to rest from goals and cameras), I can hardly repeat that youthful rampage and ambition; however I can’t go without some inviting and teasing flips. This video doesn’t sum up only; it’s not time to give up, but now I need a little pause to rethink everything. It was very difficult to write as short as possible, so as not to reveal everything at once, and, moreover, not to leave space for questions and clarifications; I will definitely be unhappy with this text after a couple or a hundred days, but for everything that I forget to express, it's worth remembering that no one has canceled documentaries and books. It is not known what awaits our community in the future, but maybe one day my grandchildren and I will take a break from cryocapsules, hovercars and beautiful holograms, and I will show them videos of Kruk, Seryogin, Barchuk and Bautista, who inspired me the most and I will definitely turn on them a video where I do the sideflip in winter, my pants fall off and I start to slide and fall. But try to explain to young people in 2100 that black scratched hands and dirty clothes - is the best youth. But finally, how lucky we are, that we happened to catch such a moment in the life of the universe on this cozy planet, when we can enjoy this wonderful hobby <3 This is the most important work in my life. Laurent Gounelle once compared women, giving a birth to children with men, working and creating, in order to compensate emptiness because of disability to “create souls”, in his book. That’s why men “give a birth to projects”. Time of my bearing was naturally filled with suffering; when I saw what is about to happen, making preview, video and text I started to feel freedom, happiness and enlightenment and now I’m really full of the feeling, that I’ve created something living. So what is freerunning? - This is the way. But how it will be drawn depends on each of us. I am an ordinary guy, whose heart was captured by the most unusual hobby and today I turned 19. I can’t know to what extent I rush: but no matter what happens, just - Remember me so
