Komplet je bio 526€ sa time da su čuturica i tripod došli kao GRATIS. Slično je bilo i kad sam uzimo Insta 360 OneRS . Uzo sam kameru sa 4K modulom i dvije baterije i dobio sam tripod gratis

GREAT BREW DAY!!!! That is a very interesting brewing method to make ale with. From the way the beer was made it looks like American, home brew style, moonshiners beer was produced. The brewing method that made the home brew is the same brewing method that moonshiners used for producing moonshiners beer meant for distillation. Single temperature infusion is used in moonshining because it is the simplest brewing method on the planet capable of producing extract that contains a very high volume of simple sugar, glucose within one hour, so they didn't get caught. Glucose is responsible for primary fermentation and ABV and the more glucose, the more alcohol. Chemically and enzymatically single temperature infusion cannot produce ale and lager due to the way enzymes function and chemical precipitation, which makes strike and target temperature useless for producing the beer. To produce authentic moonshiners beer soak inexpensive, high modified, high protein, malt at 65, 66 for one hour. At the temperatures Alpha releases the highest volume of glucose from simple starch in one hour. The high temperatures rapidly denature low temperature activated enzymes that produce ale and lager, Beta in particular. Beta is responsible for conversion, which occurs at 60, and due to the types of complex sugars that form during conversion and from what occurs afterward Beta is purposely denatured in moonshining. During conversion Beta turns simple sugar, glucose into fermentable, complex sugars, maltose and maltotriose. Maltose and maltotriose are the sugars that produce ale and lager, glucose only provides alcohol. When conversion occurs, secondary fermentation takes place due to maltose. Maltotriose is responsible for natural carbonation. Beer doesn't need to be artificially carbonated with sugar or CO2 injection when conversion occurs. Artificial carbonation forms quickly dissipating, soda pop fizz in beer and sometimes carbolic acid. Since only glucose is needed for making moonshiners beer conversion isn't necessary. When you guys made the moonshiners beer you threw away with spent mash the richest starch in malt called amylopectin. Amylopectin contains the ingredients that form body and mouthfeel in ale and lager. In homemade beer, starch carry over, Beta Glucan and protein goop provides body and mouthfeel, which also reduce the quality and shelf life of beer. Amylopectin is hard, heat resistant, complex starch that make up the tips of malt. Contained in amylopectin are tasteless, nonfermenting types of sugar called limit dextrin, and pectin. Pectin is cellular glue that holds everything in beer together during conditioning and storage. Limit dextrin, pectin and a particular type of protein form body and mouthfeel in ale and lager. To replace the starch recipes, recommend ingredients that load extract with sludge. Amylopectin is thrown away because the rest temperatures recommended in homemade beer recipes aren't high enough to burst heat resistant, amylopectin, where the starch enters into the mash liquid, before Alpha denatures. In moonshining the starch is sold and maltodextrin is made from it. To take advantage of amylopectin the decoction brewing method is used. Ale and lager are made from dextrinous extract not from extract that contains mostly highly fermentable, simple sugar, glucose, and depending on how high the rest temperature is above 66, more or less, sweet tasting, nonfermenting sugars, and sludge. Before creating another creation, you will need to use a malt spec sheet before choosing malt for the recipe. Malthouses provide a malt spec sheet with every bag of malt they produce. Malt spec sheets are online. A malt spec sheet is used in brewing for determining the quality of malt before purchasing malt. Listed on a malt spec sheet are chemical acronyms and numbers that determine malt quality. Malthouses produce two types of malt, they produce high modified, to over modified, high protein, malt and higher quality, under modified, low protein, malt. Both types of malt are on the market and both bags are stamped Brewers Malt. Ale and lager malt can be either type of malt. A malt spec sheet lets a moonshiner and an ale and lager brewer know which malt is which. Modification and protein content are important numbers listed on a malt spec sheet because the higher the numbers the crappier the malt is for producing ale and lager. A recipe that recommends single temperature infusion, more than likely, the malt is high modified, to over modified, malt. A recipe that doesn't list the malthouse that produced the base malt is worthless because a malt spec sheet cannot be obtained. To produce pseudo, ale and lager, you'll need to use the step mash method and higher quality, under modified, low protein, malt.
