In one clip I hear the control room operator seemingly deploying the TRISS to a live lane breakdown. Another clip the TRISS operative says they need police to provide a rolling roadblock for them to clear debris or do a lane closure (assumedly with emergency traffic mamagement). With this in mind, what would their actions be at the live lane breakdown? Would they need to wait for police to shut the lane first or..?

that looks like a slip road onto the new stretch from the roundabout getting constucted and may suggest theyll leave the new stretch open and original thats getting upgraded will become 2 lane southbound to the roundabout??..... anyone know? Maybe was just a temp access road for building new stretch however?

Scotland must have plenty money to burn if you can build temporary bridge and then take it back down. It would save millions if the bridge was closed to carry out works, and also save time. If you didn't notice, there's another bridge that can be used next to the Kincardine Bridge. BEAR they are good at spending money.
